Strengthening our mechanical engineering team

⚙️ This month we are excited to welcome Olivier RENAUD and Benjamin Larrieu to THORIZON, joining our Lyon office 🇫🇷

Olivier brings over 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering, combining deep technical expertise with team leadership and entrepreneurial experience across multiple industrial sectors (MND SAS, SATIL CORPORATION SAS, Chatel Group). He has led complex engineering projects from design to execution, strengthening our capability to translate reactor design into manufacturable systems.

Benjamin brings 10 years of experience in the nuclear sector, with roles at Framatome and Onet Technologies, and most recently hands-on molten salt expertise at NAAREA. His experience directly strengthens our mechanical analysis skills in a very relevant domain.

Together, they reinforce our growing engineering team as we advance our full-scale prototype programs, the PIONEER nuclear demonstrator and ultimately our first commercial reactor, Thorizon One.
